  • Are you open during Covid-19 period?
    Yes, as an online retailer, we are operating. You are able to place your order online, or by calling/emailing us.
  • Is it safe to deliver flowers?
    Why not? Especially at this time when flowers can make one feel brighter and happier. While handling flowers or any part of the process, we always abide by the health regulations and keep our hands clean, and with a mask on. With flowers or of any form of packaging, the transmission of any virus is very low. Just like how you would receive food delivery, we ensure that minimal contact is adoptd.
  • Can we self-collect?
    Yes, now that we are in Phase 2 of re-opening, walk-ins and self collection are availlable. Please check in, wear a mask and keep to the 1m safe distancing advice. This is to enable contact tracing and keep us all safe. But do remember to call us for an appointment first.
  • What are the Covid-19 safety measures in place at The Green Room?
    I personally manage the business and craft the flowers so it is a one-man show. During this period, I am also working from home where possible. No social interaction when in the studio but we adopt safe distancing measures when we encounter anyone like deliverymen and our neighbours. Additionally: - Temperature is taken everyday - Hands are washed regularly - Mask is worn all the time
  • During delivery, what are the safe distancing measures taken?"
    Our deliverymen will - wearing masks at all times - maintain a 1-metre or more distance - not require a signature for delivery CONTACTLESS DELIVERY Request for it to be placed at the doorstep or by calling the recipient/ringing the bell. Leave us instructions in 'Special request'. During this period, we understand that minimal contact gives everyone peace of mind and will try our best to fulfil the requests.
  • Can I specifiy a delivery time?
    As with delivery during normal times, we do charge extra for delivery at a specific time. However, we'll be happy to try our best and deliver as close to the timing as possible if you're flexible and indicate in 'special request'. This is at no extra cost but no promises ya!
  • With reduced supply of flowers, will it affect the kind of flowers in our bouquet/arrangement?"
    With supply limited due to worldwide transportation and manpower issues, we are inadvertantly affected. There is still regular flowers that we can get, but please do understand that wherever possible, we will create your order with flowers as specified, otherwise it is replaced with similar flowers of style and value.
  • What if I need to change or cancel my order?
    If you've changed your mind about your purchase, do contact us via email at thegreenroomsg@gmail.com to change your order. We accept cancellation within 24hrs of your order and you will be refunded subject to administration fees. Any changes such as change of date, flowers, address, message must be made 2 days in advance of collection or delivery. If any address is given wrongly by the sender, there will be a redelivery charge of $20. If we manage to rectify it in time and the redelivery is to the house next door or in the same block, we will waive the charge.
  • Can I return or exchange the flowers?
    We strive to offer our personal service, and craft every creation lovingly and have it deliveryed by a dedicated delivery team. If you are dissatisfied with any of our service, please contact us and provide us with your feedback so that we can address it with you directly and offer a solution. We regret that no exchange or refund will be provided after collection/delivery.
  • What if the delivery was not successfully made?
    If we fail to deliver on our end due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will definitely contact you beforehand or inform you. We always seek to make the occasion special and will try our best to find a solution. If the recipient is not at the address or did not open the door, we will call them if a number is provided. Or we will try to contact the sender. Should there be no response to any of these communication, we will redeliver at another time at a re-delivery charge of $20.
  • Are you open 24hrs?
    We are open by appointment only. If you wish to purchase or collect your flowers, please contact us to arrange. 24hrs applies only if we re available to fulfil your request and timing.
